1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request to be raised within the stipulated time on the applicable return menu given in this website.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition (wherever applicable).
- Returned product must be in original position & not be used by the user.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following goods/services are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Customized or personalized items
- Services once delivered or initiated
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be made in user registered bank account. Refund processing timelines will depend on prevailing conditions:
- Approved refunds will usually process within 10-20 working days
- Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:
- Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition
- Late return requests (May or may not be entertained).
- Services partially used or delivered (as per company sole discretion).
If proportionate of service delivered is possible then, then refund may be considered. Nobody can claim otherwise.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders or services may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing or service delivery has started, cancellations may not be allowed.

HINDSOL reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
