Cancellation Policy

At HINDSOL, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions under which orders of goods and services can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
2. Service Cancellation
Service-related cancellations must be requested before the commencement of service has been initiated. Once the service delivery has started, cancellation shall not be allowed.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel an order or service, please submit the request on portal and send the details with request no. on below stated Email ID and it is also advisable to call to support team with your order details and cancellation request ID.

4. Refunds After Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Non-Cancellable Cases
The following cases are not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders already shipped or delivered
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products or downloadable content
